Admission Fund

Our Museum is an educational resource, but also provides a safe, fun place where parents can bond with their children in a mentoring environment. Because we want vulnerable families to access our resources, we provide free admission to those who need it most.
Our Active Duty Military & Veteran Family Fund provides reduced admission for active duty military and veteran families. Our Museum provides a space for community building, which supports active duty families facing challenges and veteran families who are adjusting to civilian life.
- Around 20,000 military and veteran children and family members are projected to be served in 2017.
Our Community Services Fund currently provides around 31,000 free admission passes annually to numerous community organizations that work with at-risk and underserved communities throughout the region. We further our mission by supporting other community organizations doing important work across the region.
- Partnership with Museums for All offers discounted $1 admission to all EBT cardholders in San Diego County.
- Free admission passes given to all San Diego County WIC recipients, San Diego County Summer Reading Program participants, Palomar Forensic Health service recipients, and some Vista Community Clinic programs, among others.
