Frequently Asked Questions
Is this event appropriate for all ages?
Science & Engineering Night is best suited for children ages 4 and up. While children of all ages are welcome to attend, we find that children 4 and over benefit most. Children under the age of 4 may need additional assistance from their grown-up to participate in the activities. Our Toddler Tidepool exhibit will be open during the event, so our littlest friends will still have a place to play and explore.
Do I need to purchase an adult ticket?
Yes, all adults must purchase a ticket in addition to tickets for their child.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child under 1?
Yes, all guests attending the event must have a ticket to enter, including children under the age of 1.
Is there a capacity limit for this event?

Can I bring outside food into the Museum?
At this time, outside food is not permitted in the Museum. All guests will be asked to eat outside in our Trudy Bronner Discovery Garden as food and drink are not allowed in the Indoor Exhibit Hall.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please bring copies of your tickets. If you plan to participate in Dr. Bronner's Magic Foam Experience, please bring a towel and a change of clothes. Children and their families will be invited to walk through the foam truck and will likely be wet and soapy when exiting.
